The ZOJE ZJ-8500G-PS combines the classic, ultra-reliable mechanical build of a traditional high-speed lockstitch machine with modern energy efficiency. The “PS” stands for Power Saving, highlighting its integrated AC Servo/Direct Drive motor. Unlike noisy traditional clutch motors that run constantly, this power-saving motor only draws electricity when your foot presses the pedal, drastically reducing energy costs and workshop noise.
Power-Saving Motor: Reduces energy use by up to 70% and runs quietly compared to traditional clutch motors.
High Speed: Delivers up to 3500 stitches per minute.
Needle Positioning: Automatically stops the needle up or down for easy fabric pivoting.
Auto-Lubrication: Built-in oil pump continuously self-lubricates internal parts.
13mm Foot Lift: Knee lifter provides high clearance for bulky fabrics.
Fabrics: Light-to-medium materials (cotton, linen, silk, synthetics, shirts, and dresses).
