Description

The ZOJE MCZJ757-BD is an industrial, 2-needle, 5-thread safety-stitch overlock machine designed for high-efficiency garment manufacturing. Featuring an integrated direct-drive servo motor mounted directly to the main shaft, it eliminates external belt drives to deliver quiet, low-vibration operation with minimal energy loss.

Key Features

• Direct-Drive Integrated Motor: Uses an internal 550W AC Servo Motor built directly into the machine head, reducing power consumption by up to 60–70% compared to traditional clutch motors.

• True 5-Thread Safety Stitch: Simultaneously sews a 3-thread overlock edge finish alongside a separate 2-thread straight chainstitch, creating high-strength seams in a single pass.

• Speed & Efficiency: Operates at high production speeds (up to 5,000 stitches per minute), ideal for industrial environments.

• Digital Control & Needle Positioning: Built-in digital display panel allows instant speed adjustments and precise automatic needle-up / needle-down positioning.

• Integrated LED Workspace Lighting: Built-in LED directly above the sewing area minimizes eye strain and improves accuracy on detailed stitching.

• Automatic Lubrication System: Enclosed oil bath lubrication system extends the longevity of high-speed mechanical components and prevents fabric oil stains.

Suitable for

The 5-thread configuration is best suited for woven (non-stretch) fabrics where seam durability and edge protection are both required:

• Denim & Workwear: Jeans, jackets, aprons, and heavy-duty uniforms requiring sturdy structural seams.

• Dress Shirts & Trousers: Formal slacks, dress shirts, and uniform trousers.

• Woven Apparel: Skirts, blouses, dresses, and casual woven shirts.

• Home Textiles: Cushion covers, bedding, canvas bags, and upholstery lining.
