Return Eligibility
Timeframe
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included
- The product must not show signs of installation, use, or damage
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided
- The product’s serial number must match our records
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Items with missing parts, accessories, or manuals
- Products that have been altered or modified
- Special orders or customized items
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such)
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any product, contact our customer service team:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any additional documentation required
Note: Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team
Step 4: Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days to verify it meets our return conditions.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Refund Amount
- Full refund: If the product is returned in perfect condition within the eligible timeframe
- Partial refund: May apply if the product shows minor signs of handling or if original packaging is damaged (but not the product itself)
- No refund: If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for the same product in different specifications or for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Also, you can get a greater value product exchange by settling the extra amount.
Exchange Process
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Indicate in your return request that you wish to exchange the item
- Specify the product you would like to receive
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
Warranty Claims
Our sewing machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty-related issues:
- Contact our customer service team with details of the issue
- Warranty terms and conditions apply as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy
- Warranty claims are handled separately from general returns
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item to you:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and follow our return process, or accept delivery and initiate a return.
