The WORLDEN WD-845D is a high-speed, direct-drive industrial double-needle lockstitch sewing machine. Its standout feature is the split needle bar mechanism, which allows the operator to mechanically disengage one needle while cornering. This eliminates overlapping or untidy stitches at sharp turns, delivering perfectly uniform, crisp parallel corner stitching on clothing and gear.
Machine Head: Double-needle unit with an integrated direct-drive servo motor and split needle mechanism.
Industrial Table & Stand: Sturdy wood-laminate tabletop and adjustable steel T-frame stand.
Dual Thread Stand: Table-mounted stand configured for two large industrial thread cones.
Built-In Control Panel: Small digital display on the head to easily set maximum speeds and adjust parameters.
Accessory Pack: Standard industrial bobbins, a pack of needles, machine oil, and adjustment tools.
Split Needle Bar Mechanism: A specialized lever allows the left or right needle to be temporarily stopped independently. Essential for maintaining clean parallel line structure around 90-degree corners.
Direct-Drive Servo Motor: Built straight onto the upper shaft to offer rapid acceleration, low vibrations, silent idling, and up to 50% energy savings over standard clutch motors.
Synchronized Needle Feed: The needles and feed dog move backward together, locking layers in place to stop top-and-bottom fabric shifting or puckering.
Low Thread Tension Tuning: Advanced hook-and-feed engineering yields stable, even loop formations even at top speeds under low tension levels.
Standard Specs:
Feed Type: Synchronized Needle Feed
Needle System: DPx5 (135×5)
Corner-Heavy Stitching: Front pockets on jeans, shirt pockets, collars, cuffs, and uniform flaps.
Topstitching Accent Pieces: Attaching labels, decorative panels, and parallel racing stripes onto sports outerwear.
Bags & Tactical Accessories: Precise corner stitch control for canvas backpacks, luggage panels, and pouches.
