The WORLDEN WD-727D is a high-speed, 2-thread industrial overlock machine (serger) featuring an integrated direct-drive servo motor. By mounting the motor directly inside the machine head, it eliminates traditional belts, drastically reduces operating noise and vibration, and cuts electricity costs by up to 70%.
Direct-Drive Servo Motor: Smooth, energy-efficient operation with immediate start/stop response.
Smart Needle Positioning: Automatically stops the needle either fully up or down based on your setting.
Low-Tension Feeding: Advanced feeding mechanics prevent skipped stitches and thread-leaping, delivering beautiful seams even at high speeds.
Adjustable Speed Controls: Easy-to-use digital panel allows operators to lock in comfortable working speeds.
Integrated Workspace LED: Built-in lighting shines directly onto the needle area for reduced eye strain.\
Lightweight Fabrics: Perfect for fine silks, chiffons, delicate knitwear, and sheer lingerie fabrics.
Specialized Edge-Finishing: Ideal for operations requiring a simple, lightweight overedge finish (like serging a pocket lining or basic edge stabilization) without adding the bulk of extra threads.
Small to Medium Apparel Workshops: Great for tailoring shops, sample rooms, or production lines looking for an affordable, low-noise, and energy-saving serging solution.
Machine Head (with built-in direct-drive motor and external control box)
Industrial Table & Stand (heavy-duty laminated top with adjustable steel T-legs)
